Speed & Agility Workshops

Soward Management will be holding speed & agility workshops for our younger rubgy union boys and girls to take part in. 

The day will be filled with lots of fun and expert coaches to provide tailored training and skills to individual players to help them improve their speed and agility.

Safety is key for our younger players, and building strong foundations is a key focus at Soward Management.

Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will be provided by Soward Management along with all day supply of cold water.
