Meet Patrice
Patrice Soward is a strong, proud Wiradjuri woman born in Canberra, ACT. She has close to two decades of experience in the event and talent management industry, and has helped artists and athletes achieve their goals. With a focus on innovation and a commitment for excellence, Patrice has established Soward Management as a leader in the event and talent management space.

As CEO, Patrice is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company and overseeing all aspects of its operations. She is deeply committed to building strong partnerships with our clients and delivering customised solutions that meet their unique needs. Patrice is a respected thought leader in the talent management industry and her number one client, her daughter Tahalianna, has been featured in numerous productions, dance troupes and has been auditioned and featured on The Voice Australia in 2022.
